In year two of my stint, working on the Toronto Blue Jays, we
reminded fans that watching a game on TV or other devices was not nearly as
good as actually being at a Jays game. The client wanted more game and stadium attendance that year.
If only we could’ve all seen what sports in 2021 would be like.
